How to apply for returns or exchanges

  • In case of any kind of issues with the products, the customer has to complain in front of the delivery staff and return the product to him as per our policy. Customers need to make an unboxing video for any sort of faulty item they have received accidentally. During that unboxing video, the invoice must be clearly visible and shown for internal and external investigation. In any case, if the items do not match the customer's order, the item is broken, part missing, damaged etc, the customer should send unboxing video to our Shampan Mail or inform our customer service (+8801322306258) or send a message on our official Facebook page about the incident.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Time: Inside Dhaka within 5 working days and Outside Dhaka within 7 working days (Depends on courier).

Refund Policy

Refund Time: In general refund, It may take 7 to 10 working days.

For any kind of damage issue, If a customer demands a refund, customers have to complain in front of or in presence of the delivery man or courier office staff, otherwise their request will not be granted.

If the customer failed to inform Shampan with an unboxing video within 3 Working Days of the delivery time no complaint shall be granted.

N:B: Delivery or Refund might be delayed due to force majeure events which includes but not limited to, political unrest, political events, national/public holidays, Technical problem, Covid lockdowns or movement limitations, etc.

Returns Policy

  • If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the app or website within 10 working days for mall items and 7 days for non-mall items of the delivery date.
  • For selected categories, we accept a change of mind: Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s bags, Women’s bags, Luggage & Suitcase, Bedding, Bath. Exceptions are women's intimate apparel, men's innerwear, swimwear, eyewear, jewellery, watches, duffel bags, shoe-care.
  • For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please contact the seller.
